| 1. Fourball match play, 3/4 handicap difference but 1/2 difference if more than 2 winter greens used. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2. Winter rules e.g blue tees, pick & place, winter greens etc apply if in operation. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3. Each pair match play all the other pairs in their group. No need to play any more holes after match decided. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4. The winning pair earn 1 point. 1/2 pt each if match halved. 0 pts for losing. | ||||||||||||||||
| 5. Please enter the result of each game including the net hole difference* intable below e.g" W +5", " L -1"." H" . See example at the foot of this sheet. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6. If 2 pairs are level on points the higher place will go to the pair who won the match between them.Otherwise | ||||||||||||||||

| Please arrange for your 4 Group Matches to be played at a mutually convenient time/date avoiding Tuesdays as far as possible. The 4 Group Matches must be completed by 31st January 2008 but please get started as soon as possible before the weather deteriorates and the festive season restricts availability. Last year the reluctance of some doubles to get on with it; when they could have played, caused severe problems later on when illness, holidays etc prevented play. | ||||||||||||||||
